Opening plug-in visualizations
Situation 1-The winamp plug-in visuals DO appear on my hard drive and they are listed as application files. Example: When I try to open the file, I get a window called "Wildtangent MediaPlayer Faceoff Visualization." It goes on to say, "Installation Completed Successfully". Then, when I try to open it, I get the SAME screen, again. The same thing happens with several other, of their files.
Situation 2-Regarding some of their other files, when I attempt to open, I get the WT Webdriver screen which says, "Runs the WT Installer" It shows a winamp directory (autodetected) as C:\programfiles\winamp. When I click "next", it gives me a new window called "Browse for Folder." I click winamp and get "winamp plug-in installed successfully" with a black, DOS screen in the background entitled "START/wait C:\windows\temp\Christmasdancer_winamp.exe. I'm 'stuck' at that point. (I do have the WT webdriver installed and winamp 3. I need help badly. Thanks, in advance. Don Hirth donxxxh@cableone.net

You are asking the question in the wrong forum. This is specifically AVS, go to the plug-in forum and search the forums. I bet a similar question has been asked and answered before.

Try real visualisations instead of the virtual boobs that Wildtangent offers. You won't be flooded with spyware either.
