AVS Graphics Running Slow
 I need help from someone. When I try to bring AVS to fullscreen it lags mega. Unless I'm in 320x240 mode which is crappy. Even in Winamp 2.x it lags and my video card was top of the line then. I am running a 1.2 gigaherz duron , 64 mb ddr radeon 7000 video card, and 256 mb 133 mhz sdram . Why am I still lagging. I don't think my video card is even running the AVS. HELPPPPPPPP Please!!!!!!!

Yeah, get used to it because I'm afraid you're stuck with it. You vid card doesn't make a wink of difference because AVS is all processor based. The things that affect it most are thread priority (performance slider in AVS config), processor speed, and bus speed.

And the fact the duron doesn't use a cache effectively doesn't help either.

This is quite easily THE most frequently asked question, outrunning "HOW DO I STOP AVS FROM CHANGING VIZZ"Z!!? PLZ HLP!!!!!!1" by a landslide. Remember where it said "search the forum" in giant red letters above the post prompt? And remember the link way at the top of the forum that said "Frequently asked questions"? In the words of UnConeD:
You managed to ignore both, so we'll ignore you.
