You know those big fat red letters that were right in front of you when you posted this saying to search the forums BEFORE you make a new thread?
Obey them. :hang:

Okay, okay, but . . .
I found these faq and read. Now I downloaded this avs grabber from UnConeD but I do not find any chance to start this in WinAmp 3.0, what now is wrong ?
Perhaps now anybody is able to help me ?
Thank you and think about the time, where you have been a newbie and nobody did help you . . .

We do help newbies and we were friendly enough to collect all commonly asked questions into a FAQ so you WOULDN'T have to wait for an answer. Do you think that FAQs magically appear without people putting time in them? No...
From the AVSGrabber readme:
This is an experimental APE (AVS Plug-in Effect) that allows you to
capture the AVS output and save it to an AVI.
To use it, add the effect at the desired point of recording inside the
preset. Usually this will be at the end. Then you choose the filename,
playback rate (automatically detected) and output format.
Did you read that or did you just magically skip over it?
