How do you make interfaces (e.g. slidebars, pull-down menus, radio buttons, checkboxes) and position them in APEs?

In your MSVC++ Window goto ResourceView in the side panel that normally displays your files. Open the tree up untill you see IDD_CONFIG... click it. For the rest it would probably be easier to look at the Picture II source.
