FPS limited?
I have recently upgraded to a faster processor etc... Now, for some reason, AVS never redraws any faster than 64 frames/sec. regardless of the resolution. That is very odd because I used to watch the FPS counter changing dependent on the preset displaying at that time. I have looked through the options and I can't find a reason for what I am seeing. Can anyone help me?
