Does anybody know how to make the color shift between RGB?

Red (or green or blue) unique tone + channel shift

I kinda like the way it looks, but the preset is mostly about Yath's DM..
So I can't really tell how I like your part of it, as that's only some dots and text.
As a whole, I'd rate this preset not higher than 3 stars.

Try fiddling with yath's code to find out how it works, perhaps you'll be able to do it yourself next time.. that's where the fun starts..

yea it's patterned, sorry for my bad choice of words.

I guess I said dots because I made a dot-based pattern preset two days ago.
