AVS causes strange gif behavior?
This is a rather strange problem I'm having with the AVS window causing problems with my browser of all things.

When the AVS window is active, the speed of the framrate in animated gifs in my browser (Mozilla Firebird) increase dramatically and irratically. So, for this emoticon for example ( :p ) the speed of the tongue sticking out practically triples, and will change speed irratically. Once I close the AVS window, the speed of animated gifs go back to their normal rate. This issue does not effect Internet Explorer or gifs on my harddrive, only gifs running in Firebird.

I'm using Winamp 2 on Windows 2000. Anybody have any idea what the problem is? or why on earth the two would be related in the first place?
